– Complete (or have completed) the mandatory 8-Hour Adult Program
– 2 hours (minimum) of driving with one of our instructors – $90/hr
– Have held a permit for at least 90 days

MANDATORY 8-HOUR CLASS FOR ADULTS
At this time, we are not offering the 8-hour class for ages 18+
Interested parties may take this course at any driving school and still come to us for driving lessons and DMV-administered road test.
Ridgefield Driving School offers services to help students take a LICENSE TEST at the DMV!
Any student is welcome to use OUR CAR (Honda Civic) to take their license test.
Requirements of ALL testing students –
- You must have held a permit for the required time set by the State of Connecticut.
- You must have completed the Mandatory 8-Hour Class for Adults at any driving school.
- You MUST have taken at minimum 2 hours of driving at Ridgefield Driving School and be considered a safe and proficient driver (the 2 hours of driving is required by Connecticut statutes in order for any student to test at an off-site location).
